We think Onsite/Offshore and beyond so we came up with the following models customized to our client needs:
- Client managed Offshore model
Different people have different needs. Our customers vary from medium to large size companies and their requirements vary from development to support and maintenance. When a project is committed for an offshore delivery we give our customers an opportunity to be in complete control. The concept is very similar to that of an employee working in the next door building or in a different office location but reporting directly to the customer. We manage the infrastructure and HR and you manage the performance. It is the most simple and cost effective solution we offer in Offshoring and can be implemented for a basic requirement like staff augmentation or more complex consulting projects. The employees will work with US timings and will have dedicated computers, phone lines with local or toll free numbers and fast T1 connections. We have dedicated T1 lines in our offshore locations and all the employees have access to state of the art video conferencing equipment at any given point of time. In simple words the customer stays in complete control.
- Traditional Onsite/Offshore model
The Traditional Onsite/Offshore model adds local project management and liaison staff to improve day-to-day coordination and problem resolution with projects sent offshore. With onsite project management, projects of higher complexity can be handled. This provides the best of both worlds: the low-cost of offshore development coupled with critical management presence. This allows our clients to interact with us on a regular basis, forming meaningful partnerships. The client is free to focus on the business, while we focus on the technologies necessary to support it. This approach to outsourcing is suitable for projects of high complexity and large-scale transformational outsourcing.
- Offshore Insourcing
Complex transformations require a competitive advantage and extreme expertise. In this day and age it can get hard to source that extreme expertise to bring complex projects to fruition. That is where we created the Offshore Insourcing model. The core of the models is based on exporting critical skills secured locally within US to monitor and manage projects of higher complexity. Many larger organizations have started exploring this route and we are proud to be able to offer this model to our clients. We can transfer critical resources from our customer?s staff overseas or source the skills required locally and send them overseas to manage full scale projects along with our local staff.
